Operations Staff Network Roundtable

After gathering intermittently the last two years, Philanthropy Missouri’s Operations Staff Network is set to launch🚀 – and we need your help!  

This Network is designed for PhilMO Members who serve in an operations capacity at any level: operational policy and practice, financial management, human resources management, compensation and benefits, technology, and other day-to-day organizational functions. While this Network is distinct from PhilMO’s Program Staff Network and Executive Network (who will also convene this month!), Members are welcome to join all Networks that relate to their job functions.

At this Roundtable, you will have the opportunity to:

✅ Connect with fellow operations staff and learn more about their work

✅ Learn more about the Operations Staff Network and provide input to inform future Roundtables

✅ Share your top-of-mind operational successes, challenges, and lessons learned; ask questions; and gain valuable insights from your peers
